ProfitSource Vendors — Refund Policy

Overview

ProfitSource Vendors ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital products and digital access only, including vendor information, supplier resources, downloadable files, and subscription-based content. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, refund eligibility is limited as set out below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Refund Window for Digital Products

We offer a limited refund window for our digital products and subscription services:

  • One-time digital purchases: Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Subscription and membership fees: The most recent recurring charge may be refunded if a request is submitted within 3 days of that charge. Earlier billing cycles are not eligible for refund.
  • Trial conversions: If you do not cancel before your trial ends and you are charged, you may request a refund within 3 days of that conversion charge.

After the applicable 3-day window has passed, charges are considered final.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to profitsource7@gmail.com within the applicable window. Please include your order or subscription details so we can locate your account quickly. Requests are reviewed promptly during business hours.

Subscription & Recurring Payments

Some ProfitSource Vendors products include subscription-based access, which may involve recurring monthly charges. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you expressly agree to:

  • Automatic recurring billing
  • A recurring charge of $39.99 per month (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
  • Continued billing until the subscription is canceled

You may cancel at any time, easily and without penalty, using the self-service cancellation tools in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately and allows access to remain through the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for past charges are governed by the refund window described above.

If you have any concern about a charge — whether you cannot access your product, were charged unexpectedly, or are unhappy with your purchase — please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct contact, often the same day.

Your Right to Dispute Charges

Nothing in this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service limits, waives, or restricts any rights you may have under your cardholder agreement, applicable card network rules (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover operating regulations), or applicable law to dispute a charge with your card issuer. Initiating a payment dispute is not, by itself, a violation of our Terms.

Our Response to Disputes

If a dispute is filed with your card issuer, ProfitSource Vendors may, in accordance with the issuer's and network's standard dispute procedures, submit transaction records, delivery confirmations, access logs, timestamps, and policy disclosures in response.

Vendor Disclaimer

ProfitSource Vendors does not control, operate, or guarantee the performance of third-party vendors referenced in our materials. Refunds from us are not available for:

  • Vendor disputes
  • Supplier performance issues
  • Shipping delays from third-party vendors
  • Product quality concerns relating to third-party vendors
  • Profitability or business outcomes

Vendor relationships and any disputes with third-party vendors are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Fraud Prevention

ProfitSource Vendors reserves the right to deny refund requests and terminate access in cases involving:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Material misrepresentation
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use restrictions

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on ProfitSource Vendors, you confirm that:

  • You understand you are purchasing digital products
  • You have read and accept this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service
  • You understand the refund window described above
